125 Hagley Road, which offers a total of 29,888 sq ft of space, is currently vacant and has just benefited from a complete refurbishment. Typical floorplates in the five storey-building offer 6,000 sq ft of office space split around the central core and has 73 designated car parking spaces.

The two refurbished buildings include perimeter trunking, suspended ceilings, LG7 lighting and comfort cooling as will 123 when the refurbishment is complete.

Matthew Long and Charles Warrack, from DTZ and King Sturge respectively, who are joint agents for the 123-127 Hagley Road, said: "Edgbaston is enjoying a real resurgence in popularity as a business location and 123-127 Hagley Road brings to the marketplace a really high quality offer for the area.

"As well as the quality refurbished accommodation, 123-127 Hagley Road also enjoys a prime location within striking distance of both the city centre and the Midlands motorway network and with significant car parking and a train station just a few minutes walk it is also easily accessible for both occupiers and their clients alike."
